The Rx Review: Reporting on Fitness and CrossFit News, John Michael Bric
Fresh from winning the 2015 CrossFit Games, Ben Smith and Katrin Tanja Davidsdottir dropped by ESPN’s “SportsCenter” Monday to chat about being crowned ‘Fittest on Earth’.
In the short video, Smith and Davidsdottir speak with anchor Stan Verrett about their performances during the Games week in Carson, California and about the physical and mental toll it had on them.
They also talk a bit about the sport of CrossFit in general and give advice to upcoming athletes who one day hope to follow in thier footsteps and win the CrossFit Games.
